📌 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (RAW – NEEDS BAKING)

🥧 OVEN:

Preheat to 180°C (160°C fan)

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden, puffed and piping hot throughout.

🔥 AIR FRYER:

Preheat if required.

Cook at 180°C for 15–18 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and cooked through.

⚠️ These sausage rolls are RAW and must be cooked before eating.

A little bit of quality in a town centre that has seen better days. Split into two, one side offers a wide variety of spices, sauces, etc – many of which come from South Africa and other parts of the continent. The other is a cracking, very reasonable butchery with a big selection, including biltong and all at a reasonable price. Worth the drive!
